在銅鑼灣的晚上下班後, 好想吃一碗拉麵! 經過已經人氣減退的拉麵哲就進去吃了一下, 沒想到就是最後一次了, 因為他們竟然結業了? 明明那麼好吃, 比登龍街那些有過之而無不及啊!不是每家拉麵店都會賣前菜, 這家卻有一些嫰豆腐好好吃, 入口即溶而且有滿滿的木魚, 紫菜跟芝麻醬, 好吃好吃~拉麵湯底好濃厚! 不過拉麵內容不多, 只有叉燒, 拉麵跟黑木耳, 跟少量蔥拉麵很彈牙, 叉燒沒有燒過, 應該是在雪櫃拿出來放湯的吧? 雖然還是滿好吃的,不過就沒有什麼味道雖然不是很多東西吃, 但湯底真的很讚唷!

星期日打風 搞到去吾到跳舞。都好 懶洋洋係床碌左成日。下午落左波 係時候出動。就坐車去銅鑼灣。因為巴士站改左 唯有早一個站 係金龍果度落車。途經鵝頸橋天橋底 見到呢間沾麵店。好早已經想試下 但每次見到人龍就掉頭走。最憎排隊。今次吾使排 不特止 入到佢仲係第一個客人。都五點幾六點啦，冇人嘅？可能打風關係 有員工都係岩岩返到工。入到去真係隨便坐。本來我地兩個人 吾好意思坐四人枱啦，但店員話 冇所謂啦 坐邊都得🤣咁就簡左角落嘅四人座位！有普通size同埋加大份量。都係$89 咁梗係要大份啦！ 我要嘅係冷麵 浸入熱沾麵湯 混合左嘅溫度岩岩好 非常好味！麵嘅硬度又夠 我最怕食林茲茲嘅麵。沾麵湯入面啲乂燒夠林 好入味。我個女叫左份辛辣沾麵 加辣粉原來係蝦米仔加好似炸蒜&辣椒再叫多個炸餃子食左一半麵 已經開始飽。但係啲麵好正 食到尾啦諗住。到剩返一小駐 算啦 真係頂吾住。咁我相信應該當初叫個普通size嘅都夠。下次要記住啦。吾好浪費食物👉🏻👈🏻。打風日 都食到咁悠閒好味嘅食物 吾錯！有機會再食！

Happy friday梗係想搵地方食好西啦！一早就聽過tetsu嘅沾麵好食，今日終於有機會試！7點半黎到，唔洗排隊就入得座！好快叫左個正常size嘅沾麵同唐揚炸雞！唔係講笑，就算正常size都已經好大個！唔太大食嘅千奇唔好加大呀！麵質算唔錯唔會痴到一舊舊最欣賞佢個湯！好濃味又多肉

I've been wanting to try this place out and finally got the chance to try it with a bunch of friends! The restaurant is really clean and nicely polished with an open counter kitchen where you can see the chefs making your noodles. Ordering is easy, there's a menu with photos of the ramen, and you can place your order by filling out the form. What I really like about this place is that they allow you to choose more noodles without extra charge. Perfect for big eaters like me! I ordered a cold tsukemen and it came pretty fast. The broth was thick and flavourful, and the noodles were a nice chewy texture. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this place to those who want a good tsukemen!
