今日去尖沙嘴行街黎到呢間好古色古香的日本料理餐廳,整個環境其實真係有d和風既感覺,雖然裝潢舊舊地,但人潮非常多,應該都好味既!坐定定先知,原來餐廳即將要搬遷去富豪九龍酒店,所以原址好快就無嚕!今次好彩可以把握到最後機會試下原裝味道!餐廳提供多款午市定食,我最後點了三色御膳,包括三款刺身,炸蝦烏冬和石鍋雞扒飯!三色刺身刺身非常新鮮,每一塊薄切厚度均勻,帶子鮮甜!炸蝦烏冬呢個炸蝦烏冬老實講真係有d失望,點解可以將一款炸物擺係湯到浸到淋曬🙈完全真係失望至極!石鍋雞扒飯定食套餐仲包括呢個石鍋雞扒飯,面層鋪滿香烤雞扒,肉質唔會硬,淋上燒汁,唯獨飯唔夠香口,係石鍋都無飯焦!抹茶雪糕甜品仲附送一客雪糕,挑選了抹茶口味,相當滿足! continue reading

呢間日本料理餐廳想試咗好耐,不過經過親都好似無乜人氣咁 每次都作罷了 今日上op見到話就結業 所以特地去試下!提外話,見到有不少負評都話d員工態度差 等我又睇下今日點先!(下面講)2色蒲燒(鰻魚,三文魚腩)定食 $120麵豉湯同前菜不作多評價啦,都係正常味道鰻魚 燒得都幾唔錯 入口溶化既感覺 雖然唔係話去到頂級 但係已經好好食!三文魚腩 油脂多 肉又嫩滑!好快就比我清哂啦!價錢黎講其實真係有啲貴,仲要加一呢?間唔中又經過既可以試下既!咁橋今日真係比我地見到網上話既有幾態度唔好,話說食到尾聲既時候大概2點左右,旁邊枱位男士就係咁求員工落單嗌野食,但好似話乜都無哂!?咁最後梗係傾唔掂 不歡而散啦!(其實2點就乜都無得叫又係奇怪咗d既,同埋d員工係咁話忙 落單埋單都好亂 叫幾十次咁上下囉。不過大致上唔影響到今日用餐既感受既! 上面有網友提到話結業,今日去好似係搬地點姐確實既資料 我都唔太清楚 如果大家想係佢搬之前試下就快手啦 7月18就講88啦 continue reading

接近五十年的老店7月17日光榮結業哩間門口在角落的日本料理,以為只有鐵板燒,原來樓上好大,有差不多五千尺,已經開業差不多50年啦,但從來無去過,剛剛知道朋友在哪裡負責,說很快結業,所以去食下啦!12點3去到,無乜人,但12點半已經滿了,旁邊就有兩台日本人。鹽燒鹿兒島地雞定食雞肉真是鹿兒島的,仲好大份,肉質彈口,鹽味適中,煎的皮脆肉嫩。跟普通的沙拉,味噌湯,尖沙咀108蚊好OK啦,浦燒鰻魚定食雖然知道鰻魚系本地吾系日本的,但都無影響佢的質量,肉質好厚好有彈力,醬油不會太多但味道剛剛好,但份量一個男孩可能不夠。檸檬sorbet真系平時吾會食凍野,朋友介紹就比下面,嘩,成個檸檬,一打開個袋已經好香,食落好滑,超正。椰子雪糕唯一特別系雪糕放係半個椰子裡面,但味道無乜特別 continue reading
