每日要諗食乜，真係好煩呀😂😂去到銅鑼灣，有一間舖頭我會encore ，就係呢間三田製麵所。叫咗個魚介沾麵+好鹹超重口味就係我要食沾麵嘅精髓溏心蛋又香又滑叉燒夠嫩炸雞就係純雞味😂😂炸粉好薄可能係佢唯一優點😂呢間係我暫時覺得最好食嘅沾麵，去銅鑼灣我一定會食今次帶埋同事一齊黎，佢第一次食都覺得唔錯，可能佢都係重口味人士😂沾麵大中細份量係同價，唔洗浪費食物 有加一🤔算係正常拉麵價錢？齋食麵都夠飽下次黎再試下其他味道先～

擺喺我面前嘅係一碗金獎豚骨魚介沾麵，魚介湯頭香噴噴，濃郁到讓人一啖就記得住。沾湯熱辣辣，拌埋啲有嚼勁嘅中粗麵條，辣辣地、嘟嘟細嘅辛香味，仲有我個至愛半熟蛋，啲蛋黄流心得嚟又唔會太發膩，天啊，真係幾正！🍜邊食沾麵邊嚟啲小食，炸豬扒呢，外脆內軟，唔係嗰種會咬到下巴脫臼嘅硬淨，微酸嘅沙律醬同豬扒鮮味互相襯托，坦白講，真係食得停唔到口。至於另一碗三田特製拉麵，個湯底靚嘢，唔係好深但足夠回甘，麵條雖然唔及沾麵咁有韌勁，但佢啲幼麵掛汁一流，每啖嘆落都心滿意足。最後，當然要嚟啲薯條拼個被明太子沙律醬攪和嘅紅白混醬，酸酸甜甜，有種唔知嘅新奇味道。我呢次幫襯，可以話係色香味俱佳，地道香港口味，跟份量都令人滿足。下次再試試其他款，一試難忘嘅三田製麵所，推介比每一個愛好日式麵食嘅您！👍🍟🎉
