One of the must-try dish in every Indonesian restaurant is the renowned Indonesian cuisine -ayam penyet.I had one here, which cost RM8.50 each. It served with the sambal sauce and the main feature here is patrons can choose to have it in different level of spiciness. I get to choose from either chicken breast or thigh. It is kind of dissapointed, as the ayam penyet taste is just normal. The chicken is not juicy and tender enough, even though i requested for thigh. There are sweet soy sauce available at the table and you can mix with the sambal for the sweet taste before dip in the chicken. I would suggest to go for other dish instead of ayam penyet continue reading

This new restaurant doesn't have a big indoor dining area but they have a smoking area outsidethey serve mainly penyet style of everything.interestingly they smear the special sambal on the stone plate first and then put the penyet meat on it.the sambal is very spicy. you will see that the chili seeds are incorporated into the sambalas a side to every penyet dish is a raw cabbage for you to munch onthe meat does not come with rice and you have to add on for additional RM1.50 continue reading
