This restaurant is serving Bali's finest cruise, those who like Bali's food should come here and try.Me and my friend were here to try the Ayam Pelalah as we heard so many good feedback from peoples.We ordered Ayam Pelalah (Shredded Chicken with Chili and Tomato) and Ikan Bakar (Grilled Fish Fillet)The chicken is very tender and eat wit the Chili it just delicious.And the Ikan Bakar was perfectly cooked and fresh. Nice!

Siap Mentumis. The Siap Mentumis came in a big plate and consisted many items: squid, paku-pakis, keropok, rice, ulam, and two dipping sauces. The keropok was a big piece, thick and very crunchy, I like it a lot. The grilled squid was a lot too and it was fresh, springy. The taste was slightly salty but balanced up with the aromatic rice. The chili sauce was quite spicy.

I totally love Bumbu Bali! Expensive, yes.. but then the portion's really huge and you can just order only 2-3 dishes to be shared between 2 persons. Anyway, first the deco. Wow,they really put in a lot of effort to dress up the place. From the shaded Balinese imperial umbrellas to the statues to the wooden crafted windows plus paintings and mirrors adorning the walls, everything reminds me of beautiful Bali! Now, the food. Yums! A MUST is the Nasi Campur Bali. In fact, the portion's so huge you can actually share it with someone else. Chockful of yummy grilled squid, grilled prawns, grilled fish, fried spiced chicken, sate lilit (sate on lemongrass sticks) and topped with the most delicious sambal. Yums! Wash down everything with a glass of refreshing lemongrass beverage. Heavenly!

If you ask me how often will I come back here to enjoy for the food, I can answer you if the price is not that expensive, I don't mind keep coming back. Their food quality is so good that you can even know from their plain water. Their plain water has the pandan leaf inside. When you drink it, you can smell the very nice aromatic and the taste is so fresh. Basically you don't really need to order other drinks.
