We ordered this chinese style fried fish fillet. The fish fillet is crispy outside and soft inside, the fish is tender and tasty. I can taste the sweetness of the fish fillet.After they fried the fish fillet and add in the spring onion,chilli and some garlic. It's kind of delicious and really enough 'wok hei'. It comes with soy sauce but usually we didn't dip it as the fish fillet itself is already very tasty and nice. The fish fillet is nicely seasoned before they fried it. I really like to eat this dish and we always ordered this when we dine here. continue reading
