Food here is more like fusion that is based on Japanese, rather than pure Japanese. Wagyu beef salad is sweet and salty. Quite pleasant, but I think it's better to keep wagyu dishes simple, to allow the beef flavours to stand out. Tuna roll was good, the tuna was fresh, but I think the sauce stole away from the enjoyment of the raw fish.Pretty much most dishes are sweet, spicy, and salty when they didn't need to be.

日式汉堡除了米饭汉堡之外，这个wafu burger也可以算是代表之一了吧。中间的肉是牛肉弄成的。里面还有豆腐和香菇混合在一起。牛肉吃起来软嫩多汁。很喜欢这种汉堡肉，吃起来就是很幸福。

These days, it's tough to find a restaurant where the service is as good as the food. This time around BOTH the service and the food sucked big time. Manned by jokers who think they’re the yakuza, you will not believe the crap we had to put up with. Truth be told we’ve had way better Japanese cuisine at less than half the price, served by people who were actually happy we came.

最近真的疯狂爱上日本餐，所以去了这间来自美国的日本餐厅- Doraku! Emperor Roll是来到这家餐厅必点的一道食物！由salmon,蟹肉，虾，干贝，饭粒等炸成的寿司卷真的很独特！除了外观很吸引人以外，那味道跟口感都是superb的！绝对推荐这emperor roll!!
