i am a seoul garden fan... i worked for one of the branch in auto city last few years ago...and i will go to any outlet/branch atleast once per month... last few weeks, ive been there since i have some work to do around that area... well, the first thing that make me obviously realized was the plate... they are not using the same yellow color plate as others branches and personally, i think, the plat it self effected the customer's appetite... and the ambiance basically similar to other branches. however, they have two dining area, but the buffet is only one station for each item... what i thought before i enter the restaurant was, they might have two buffet area since the dining area was separated into two... refering to the food item on buffet lines, they only have one type of marinated beef which is szechuan beef... but for chickens they do have few different marinated chic... and what i realized is, they will change some item, which is cost them higher perhaps, once in a time... for examples, they will replace the beef with lamb after few hours... (i spend almost 4 hours there)... furthermore, the waiters wasnt friendly at all and alert with their customers since they dont even asked me either i want a tomyam soup, or ginseng or chicken soup for my steamboat... they just suddenly pour into the pot with tomyam soup...plus, they dont manage to clean up the used plate and let the table fulled with dirty plate...the water in the cup which used to dip or clean the ice cream scoop wasnt replace at all...(the service charge is quite high) my husband asked me is it the hotplate or stove is same with others branches, and i found that, it different... the steel bowl they used to pour in soup was bigger than other place, which this made us lil bit difficult to grilled the food...well, i only can give 5/10 for this branches and i always prefer one / auto city outlet... its better... trust me...peace no war, food for life...
