Chow Yen, SS2 used to be my favourite hangout place for Nasi Kandar but recently their price hiked up dramatically so it became “NO NO place for me”. Recently my friend recommended Restaurant Super Kitchen Chili Pan Mee for their delicious Pan Mee. Chilli Pan Mee is one of my favourite foods during the rainy season. Therefore, me and my sister went there for dinner. It is located near to Restaurant Original Penang Kayu Nasi Kandar. They serve Pan Mee, Dumpling (Soup & Fried) and Beverages. We were welcomed by the staff at the entrance and he seated us in the 4 pax table. It was crowded when we arrived and even filling up soon later on. I ordered Chilli Pan Mee. Chilli Pan Mee is my all time favorite. A bowl of noodle topped with poached egg, anchovies and minced meat. Yummy!! You can add Chilli according to your preference and 1 ½ spoons of Chilli is more than enough for me. The noodle was smooth and it matches perfectly with the seasonings. Chilli Pan Mee @ RM 7.50 Complimentary soup was good too.It was a perfect dinner for me. A Delicious bowl of noodle with friendly service. Could not ask for more right? It is my current favourite place for Chili Pan Mee. I just loved it.Service Charge: NIL GST: NILChilli Pan Mee Tel: 03- 7877 2281 Www.chillipanmee.com continue reading

It's raining just now, so we choose to have some warm food. And we have choosen Chilli Pan Mee in Taman Bahagia, Petaling Jaya. I am a UTAR Kampar student, and there is actually 2 or 3 f Pan mee shops in Bandar Baru Kampar (New Town). Their selection is more variety compare to the Pan mee here. Yet we still make out way here , because I just want to have the traditional Pan Mee, and that's all. Traditional Pan Mee Rm 7.50 Pleasing as usual. Appropriate amount of minced pork, dry salty anchovies, sayur manis and half boiled egg. The soup is pretty plain.I saw shitake mushroom slide in the menu, but how come don't have shitake one??? WHere gone my mushroom???!!I miss the chewiness of mee hon kuey. Which i think is the best part of this Pan Mee. Chilli Pan Mee (Dry) Rm 7The restaurant's signature. As usual, consider tasty anyway. But do you wonder why there is no chilli on top of it?? Here come the tips. On how to eat Chilli Pan Mee. eat it plain. or top up with chilli flakes. Adjust the amount according to your preferences. One thing that I not used to it, compare to the Pan Mee shop in Kampar , they have variety of sauce, chilli, chilli flakes to choose from. But here only 1 and only type of chilli flakes. Anyway, this is my second time here, and I will still come again. Because it's cheap, and it has all I want.  continue reading

I had lunch with my parents during work time. I decided to bring them to the famous pan mee in seapark/SS2 which is here.I ordered the famous Chilli Dry Pan Mee (RM 7). I love it because it has my favourite half-cooked egg which was soft and not rubbery and even very fluffy. When I mixed the egg with the pan mee in dry style, anchovies and also the lot of minced meat , it was so delicious and it has the most ingredients compared to pan mee elsewhere. Dad ordered the Pan Mee Soup (RM 7) which was quite clear and not oily at all. The herbal tea costs RM 2, fu chuk at RM 2 and my dry pan mee came with coca-cola which I did not finish as I was worried about the sugar content. The dumpling soup was just ok and not much prawns inside hence it was not crunchy.  continue reading

Not too spicy as we didnt add many chili into it.And the wan tan also very soup and the meat is very tender. Nice! continue reading

Super Kitchen Chilli Pan Mee 辣椒板面 is located in SS2 area of Chow Yang, same row as Kayu Nasi Kandar. Obviously from the name, this restaurant is famous for it's Chili Pan Mee, seriously spicy!!! Beside this, the restaurant also serves Fish Head Noddle, Home Made Curry Pan Mee, Pan Mee Soup, Fried Fish Fillet, Deep Fried Tofu with Home Made Thai Sauce, Wantan Soup, Chinese Prawn Dumpling Soup and etc. Currently it has 6 branches which located at Batu Road, Kota Damansara, Kepong, SS2, USJ9 and Cheras. The environment is comfortable with air conditioned. Normally the restaurant will be crowded during lunch time, especially after 1pm. I have ordered Pan Mee soup as I having a bit of sore throat, don't dare to try out the Chili Pan Mee. The Pan Mee soup has egg, veggies, mince pork and fried anchovies. The mee is bouncy with QQ texture. Overall, I think the like pan mee very much, very delicious and the price is reasonable. They serve the food quite fast although the restaurant is packed with people. continue reading
