It was a air-light, dry but elastic Genoise sponge cake, rolled into a cylinder. Chocolate ganache spreading all over and marking approximations of wood on it. Ganache comes from melted semi bittersweet chocolate which blown very intense chocolatey scent when you get closer to it. the chocolate tasted rich but not cloying at all.how can we miss ginger bread on Christmas!this "herb&spices" cookies came in two type and taste respectively:thicker cookies= softer & chewy cookies (cross, left)thinner cookies= crisper & crunchy cookies (round, right)Spiced with the flavors of ground ginger and cinnamon, the cookies were fragrant with a distinctive taste with lots of grounded hazelnut within too.
