Started off with the grilled vegetables with the pesto sauce where the eggplant, onions, red ball peppers and more are being season with salt and pepper as well as olive oil. It is then being grilled until tender and browned. It is then being topped with the pesto sauce which a taste of saltiness in it. With the combination, there is some crispiness when chewing the red ball peppers and the delights is simply special. continue reading

It is indeed one of the widest spread of the "Buka Puasa" delights I had so far. The restaurant is having the extravagant with the spread over 100 local as well as international delights which contains a large variety options. The buffet menu is on rotation everyday and ther is alwauys something new to try one. The delights are in rotation every day with different types of menu and I can say you would not get bored even you visited them for 5 days. There are also a variety of side dishes and accompaniments namey Lemang, Ketupat Palas, Kacang Botol, Vegetable Platter, Assorted Dim Sum and much more can be found in the spread of buffet. Not to missed out, zest up your palate with the succulent Fresh Oyster, Fresh Mussel, Boiled Tiger Prawns and Boiled Slipper Lobster. The dishes are well made and it is indeed a very good combination with the delectable taste as well. Aside, they are plenty of buka puasa dishes to have in the meal. Overall, the oysters are fresh and dishes are all decently well made which is indeed mouth watering. continue reading
