buffet here is quite variety of food with nice environment  with good customer service also. we can have many kinds of food especially the seafood. all served fresh daily and i love the pumpkin soup. thick and creamy with aromatic flavour. the yellowish pumpkin soup is healthy choice for me to start off my meal and added on with crispy bread. continue reading

It was desserts galore the other day at Chatz Brasserie. The nyonya kuehs here were delicious to say the least. The ones we had were in dual color, green and white consisting of pandan flavour and milk santan flavour. The sugar inside was just enough to make the whole dish really fragrant and sweet. Presented nyonya styled, the platter was enough to cater for a family of at least 5. continue reading

Chatz Brasserie at Park Royal Kuala Lumpur is back with a touch of Nyonya Influence! Celebrating the last Parent's Day, I went for a buffet featuring all kinds of nyonya food, a fusion from Malacca and Penang by Chef Debbie Teoh. The coffee house was decorated with many Nyonya artifacts, with a spacious, comfortable seating. Ulam Platter A dish of perfect contrast unveils the fresh green leaves which bring the cooling effect with the bright red sambal paste. I then sampled some authentic nyonya sambal, which complements well with the crunchy, crispy and minty raw vegetables. Despite of the flavours revealed, I find it rather too salty as a condiment. Lemak Nenas Ikan Sepat Every spoonful of the thick yellow kuah is rich in coconut milk flavours, with hints of sweet and sour pineapples. The thick, creamy curry is milder in taste as compared to the usual curry. The food, in terms of quality, freshness and authenticity is pretty good, thumbs up to the taste and flavours too! continue reading
