I think they call this nasi dulang or something, which is basically a platter of rice with various (pre-selected) dishes (like nasi campur but you don't pick the dishes, but it's already fixed).The rice is not normal white rice - it's more aromatic, and served hot. The sambal is super thick and quite spicy. The chicken looks ordinary, but it's very tender and flaky - I think it's ayam kampung. Overall, this tastes like it is made of very high quality ingredients and not like your regular street food.
