之前在旧巴生路有档在桥底下的肉骨茶档口生意一向很好,除了卖肉骨茶还有新鲜的蒸鱼可以吃,晚餐时刻都很难找地方泊车,有天想去光顾的时候才发现档口已经搬迁,没有告示或牌子,我也不知道他们搬到哪里去了。原想说怎么那么没有缘,我才要来吃一吃它就消失了? 某天在Sri Petaling 乱逛的时候经过一条较冷清的横巷,才发现了这家蓁家圆就是旧巴生路桥底下的肉骨茶档口!原来你在这里!!好吧好吧,既然我们的缘分未尽,那我就来吃一吃吧。 Bak kut Teh (2pax)- RM30 You Mak (S)- RM8 肉骨茶的味道不过不失,调味不会很死咸,汤头的药材味道蛮香的。2人份的肉骨茶的材料有点少,没有肉丸,只有寥寥几片肉和排骨加几个豆卜和豆皮。。。蘑菇也只有1颗,我完全可以感受到景气不好的影响。哈哈!员工们有很殷勤地加汤给我们,这一顿吃下来有点感觉喝汤饱整体来说食物的味道属于中等,没有什么亮点。换了地点后人潮也不如以前的多,有点冷清,好像不如当初的感觉??? ♡♡KC continue reading
