It was a standard international buffet, with cooked seafood served at the bar, salad, appetizers, assorted meat like lamb, beef, venison, chicken, quil and prawn cooked in local and western style, limited selection of Chinese dim sum and not forgetting, the desserts. The selection pretty much covered everyone’s preference. I always liked the selection of cold seafood and multiple choices of meat. It had always been my favourite place for buffet until recent incident.20 of us went for a celebration lunch. After the lunch, 7 of us got severe food poisoning and most lasted several days, while I took about 2 weeks to recover and I still feel stomach discomfort from time to time until now. I personally called and e-mailed the assistant manager to report this incident, but they have yet to come back to me. Since then, I have phobia dining at Fuzion and I bet I won't be going there anymore for a very long time.

这里的沙爹有三种选择。鸡肉羊肉还有牛肉。一吃下去沙爹的味道还是在那边，不过肉的感觉却让我大大失望。尤其是鸡肉，第一眼望下去已经是干干的了。肉烧烤到太老了，很浪费。

One would definitely love to indulge relaxingly and soothingly at their dining space, more with the tempting plethora of desserts surrounding you. Bread PuddingOne of the highlights of the day. The bread was nicely caramelized and baked to perfection. Not too sweet and thus, you may add some cream to it to spice it up! ^^BasbousaThese orangey coconut cubes are one of the authentic Arabic desserts. It reminds me of Pavlova which is soaked in rose water syrup, this a bit too sweet to my liking. Bur for this, it’s milder with aromatic coconut scent to accompanied along.Fruity ChesecakeThis cake range are a definitey must-have for me, whenever am dining at buffet. Again, it was because am a real huge fan of cheese, thus, would love to explore more in attempt to source for the best cheesecake ever! ^_^ The cake were creamy and soft with delicate well-beaten cream cheese and nutty bites to join along. I personally enjoy more when mixing it with the abundance of berries varieties on the top! ^^Come to this miniature jellies in fine glasses and some brownies to be nibbled, coupled with the soothing sounds of jazz that are lingering in the air of casual,cozy oasis, definitely signifies one of the days to be amplified and enjoyed soulfully………….. What a la dolce vita lifestyle! ^^

There I enjoy the rich and vibrant Middle Eastern culture by savouring the impressive cuisine.Arabic-Styled Whole Roasted Lamb From the crispy burnt skin to its tender meat inside, the roasted lamb is grilled into perfection. I enjoy the juiciness of the lamb along with some tangy nasi bukhari. The rice is simply good, neither too soggy nor dry for my taste. Light, sweet, salty, a complete blend of goodness!BasbousaAll the petite cubes in orangy shade are the famous Arabic desserts. Made of semolina soaked in sweet syrup, it leaves a good scent and flavour of coconut, yet not too sweet. But they are quite filling, so I just try one.
