最近因为那热死人不偿命的天气，公司里的同事们纷纷掀起了一股外卖风潮，午饭时间都宁愿躲在冷气办公室里，等待预订的餐点送上门，这样吃完之后就可以继续优雅地带着满分的妆容为下半天的工作打拼了～也因为这样，我们开始接触到各种不同类型的网上预订餐点服务。除了为人熟知的快餐连锁店之外，现在也有不少网站提供餐厅外卖的服务，和自制的便当外卖服务。我们常常在浏览这一些网站的时候，都会发现餐厅外卖的价格比堂食稍微高一些，又或者在预订过程的最后才发现原来还要多付运送费，这么一来就不太划算了。最近刚开始投入便当外卖服务的 Kimnana Bento 就让我们少了这一方面的困扰，因为预订他们的便当可以享获免费运送服务，运送的范围涵盖了雪隆一带的大部份区域。他们家提供的便当以日式和韩式的料理为主，除此之外还有披萨供选择，价位介于 RM7.90 到 RM 17.90 之间。网站的设计简单，很容易浏览，而且每一份便当下面标志的价格就是我们最后要付的金额，不会有任何的附加费。Kimnana Bento 的招牌便当是九尾狐美容系列便当。吃得健康一向来是我们女生非常注重的一环，九尾狐美容系列便当是根据营养师的建议而调配出来的健康餐单，可以帮助瘦身、紧肤、美白等等，简直就是直接命中我们女生的要害。我选了九尾狐美白便当和奶油甘香炸鱼排便当。当店家准备要配送便当的时候，都会通过简讯来通知订购者。等接到配送员的电话的时候，直接到公司门口去迎接我们的便当就可以了。整个过程轻松简易，最重要是可以让我躲开那酷热的天气啊！九尾狐美白便当的包装很精致，有附上关于便当成份的简短资料，收到便当的时候还是暖暖的，真的辛苦配送员在短时间内为我们送上新鲜热腾腾的午餐便当！九尾狐美白便当 - RM17.90便当里头跟网上的照片差异不大，色彩丰富，好像营养金字塔里面的成份由上至下都照顾到了。而且营养均衡之余，看起来还好好吃的样子。九尾狐美白便当的主食是照烧酱烤鱼片，一大块鲜嫩的鱼片配上味道适中的酱汁，能不能美白不知道，但这绝对是又低脂又富有蛋白质的选择。便当里的配菜很丰富，有韩式的腌制萝卜和煎饼，有非常下饭的鸡肉酱，还有几款不同的水果。整个便当吃下来很有饱足感，但不会觉得有负担。饭后还可以来一杯玄米茶，是随九尾狐美白便当附赠的。便当都有附上完整的餐具，真的在网上按几个键就可以完全解决午餐的问题了。奶油甘香炸鱼排 - RM9.90另一个奶油甘香炸鱼排便当，除了有一大片炸鱼排之外，还有鸡蛋、炒包菜、红萝卜和青豆，营养均衡哦！白饭绝对超过一个女生可以吃的份量，但是配着微辣的奶油酱一起吃，我还真的差点把饭统统都吃下去了。网上便当配送的服务真的给了我们很大的便利，无论是不想出外晒太阳的朋友，或是工作繁忙想在办公室来个快捷的午餐，都可以考虑网上预订 Kimnana Bento。只需在前一天的5:30pm之前在网站下单，并指定配送的时间，就可以拍拍屁股坐等便当送上门，付款可以通过网上银行转账或是便当送到的时候以现款支付。喜欢的朋友可以试试看哦！ continue reading

We have experienced stranger weathers before at Malaysia but the current hot spell seems to be testing our tolerance limit. Alas, the hot spell is expected to have a longer unwelcome stay as scientists are predicting another year of record heat in 2016.For office workers like me, working in air-conditioning is one of the perks that we enjoy. Sizable fish fillet dressed in spicy and sour sauce. The kimchi, celery and sprinkles of seaweeds provided a multitude of flavors to the fish.Accompanied with sides of pickled cucumber with chili (resemble sambal), piackled seaweed, blanched carrots & spinach, halved Japanese soft boiled egg & dessert of grass jelly with red bean.Honey Mustard Fried Fish Fillet (RM 9.90)The portion was huge even for a big eater like me! I like the deep fried crumbed fish fillet still remained its crunchiness when reached my office. The sweet and tangy honey mustard sauce complemented the fish quite well.
