一说潮州菜就想到潮州粥，而且是番薯粥噢。粥带甜而且不会很稀，我还点了猪耳朵。我最爱猪耳朵那么有较劲，咬起来脆脆的而且不会重猪味，焖得很入味。加上个酸辣”菜脚“，它的辛辣浓郁和香郁的鸭味，我想因该是鸭骨鸭头鸭尾慢慢调味而成的，很适合配粥吃。 continue reading

老实说我从来都不是潮州粥的爱好者，因为重口味的我还是喜欢品尝到入口香浓幼滑的粥。这里的潮州粥清淡里带有一点番薯的甜味，米粒也没有想象中软烂。想必这时最传统的潮州粥吧。粥里面有一块番薯。但是番薯的味道并没有煮得软烂而融入粥里面，味道清清淡淡也不错。 continue reading
