Remember, not only Hong Kong has a very drooling Chu Cheong Fen, our Malaysia, we also have our own version of Chu Cheong Fen, and I love eating them!!!I am talking about Chu Cheong Fen from Teluk Intan.I dont know whether they have a legitimate name for this, but both my parents come from Teluk Intan and we have been eating this for 15 years, we simply call them 安顺猪肠粉, Anson Chu Cheong Fen.there is one of the very famous stall call liao Kei, but I am going to introduce another restaurant that sell this too! As I am writing here, I just tried theirs 2 times only, and the things I love about them is the ambience of their restaurant, complete with air-cond, and sell Tong Shui too! this is Curry Chicken Chu Cheong Fan. it look appealing here, the curry was good, the chu cheong fen is nice, but then the curry chicken is bit of stale, it was not succulent or juicy as what I am expected, I guess because not much people order on this, so they just keep in the fridge for sometimes already.Well, this give you and indication that you may try this if there is a crowd there, hahaha. In the meanwhile, I hope the vendor will improve this too! Coz Curry Chicken Chu Cheong Fen is only available here! You cant find them elsewhere.plus point is their service is good!here come the spotlight of all foods recommended here!安顺猪肠粉! An Shun Chu Cheong Fen. It taste salty, but I still dont know what is the black things inside, but trust me, its delicious! Though their Chu Cheong Fen is not as captivating, (their Texture is not as smooth as liao Kei) and tasty then liao Kei, but I will choose to eat here, if I want to eat in a cozy ambience, and serve Hot!Finally, this is their dry shrimp chu Cheong Fen, I have no comment on this, because I dont touch seafood (fish is exception).I dont it doesnt look attractive here, but cuba baru tahu! For drink, I ordered Red Bean Soup, I forgot to snap its pic, coz I am too hungry that time, normal. Price for Red Bean Soup, around Rm2-3. For the Chu Cheong Fen, it vary Rm3.5- 5 depending on which type you offer. continue reading
