ever wanted to try some 5 star hotel Chinese cuisine, try it at Shangri la hotel.We had ordered a package (ten pax) which include of this steamed cod fish with minced garlic and golden garlic, the fish cod is not too thick which is perfectly cooked and the minced garlic were just match with the fish.the most important thing is that they will serve it in individual plate - a portion of the fish each for us if i were to rate this i would give 8/10
