So we have this Salmon Steak Rice Set. As usual, I enjoyed fish dishes very much. The salmon was very fresh with its skin slightly crispy from the teppanyaki way of preparation. You could really taste the juiciness in it. While each grain of the rice was very fragrant, with some drenched in savoury sauce and black pepper flakes, the stir-fried greens were crisp too with some buttery flavor. Yum yum!
