First up is the Hazelnut Bar (RM 3.45). It was a bit dry and tough, but the hazelnut flavour was present and noticeable so I'll pass this off as tasting acceptable. It was glazed with sugar outside so the pastry had a nice tinge of sweetness to it. Next up we have the Mushroom Strudel (RM 4.75). The fililng was sparse here, but the pastry tasted better than the Hazelnut Bar as it was softer and more airy. The filling tasted quite average though accompanied with the smoky flavour of the sesame seeds. Though better than the Hazelnut Bar, there's still room for lots of improvement.
