First things first, is to order for the Sakae Genmaicha (hot) 玄米茶. Upon ordering, the waitress handed over a Genmaicha tea bag together with a porcelain glass.
Each table has conveniently installed a hot water dispenser. Just add enough volume of hot water and brew for couple of minutes before consumed.
Genmaicha is also known as brown rice tea, where green tea blended with roasted brown rice. Thus, the tea will gives a pleasant aroma and unique roasted flavor.
May refill with hot water for 2 - 3 times, or until the flavor fades away.
