The Bulgogi Bibimbap in Bulgogi Brother is one of the better ones that I have ever tasted. The serving is quite large, in a stone pot. The rice at the bottom, with julienned carrots, minced beef, blanched beansprouts, chopped cucumbers, sliced pickled turnips, slices of marinated cooked beef, pea sprouts, spinach. Right in the middle is an egg yolk, presumably put on top just before serving. The stone pot is extremely hot, and I had to take extreme caution while mixing all the ingredients together with the chilli sauce. The well mixed bowl is very appetising. A bit sticky because of the egg yolk, but extremely well-flavoured and went well with our meat.
