As promised, a look at the non-bovine specialties of Ril's Steakhouse. Not all stellar steaks come from cows; there's tuna steak here too, prepared medium-rare, with a bloody fresh, boldly luscious flavor to keep steak-seekers from asking, where's the beef? Truffled macaroni & cheese with lobster tails. This hearty, hugely decadent recipe would be lovely for lunch & delectable for dinner.
