From a far, while looking at the waiter heading over the table, he is holding a big bowl of a very aromatic broth..and here it is, an indeed a big portion of its famous stew beef noodle. Just by looking at its colour, its prickles, beef meat, vegetables and green, it's already makes you drool. The broth is in the medium texture, and has a strong smeel which give the noodle a boost. Very delicious. The beef is stew to perfection and the soft bone had been stewed pretty long to get it very tender.
