The MUST-ORDER dish here is the Steamed Lala (Clam) 蒸啦啦. The lala are very fresh, but the lala that I ate that day is those oval and thinner shape-shell clam but not those thicker meat round-shell clam that they usually use, maybe they can't get that kind of clam on that day. So the flesh of the clam is not so juicy but the soup is really nice. The lala is steamed with lots of ginger slices, garlics and chili padi, of course with lots of wine to make the soup fragrant enough.
