Wifey wasn't estatic that she didn't get to sit at the conveyor belt section. So she had to be content with just a picture of the conveyor belt and the open kitchen. The bottom flour layer is pretty thin, and slightly crunchy too. There was a layer of fried egg on top of the flour base. The soft shell crab body was nicely fried, not too dry or oily, very nice and juicy. It was drizzled with lots of mayonnaise sauce and sweet brown sauce, tangy and delicious. A generous amount of fish flakes were added on top of all these. Last but not least, a perfectly fried piece of soft shell crab right on top, flanked by some spring onions. Quite a light meal, but very enjoyable all the same.
