Chicken Stroganoff (Hahner Stroganoff)For the main course, we choose the specialty of the house; Chicken Stroganoff (Hahner Stroganoff). As it’s dinner, we prefer something lighter. Upon arriving, the dish does seems inviting with its creamy orangey gravy generously doused all over the plate. Chicken meat is juicy and mainly consists of chicken breast, which is considered healthy. This is the first time where I need go throught the hassle to remove the chicken skin The sauce is pretty special

This is the first time where I need go throught the hassle to remove the chicken skin The sauce is pretty special but I couldn’t be sure what the secret ingredients are. Just that, I would prefer if the spaghetti could be done al dente instead of overcooked where it’s bit soggy with water in this case. Other than that, the portion is alright.
