Classic CarbonaraThe Classic Carbonara is usually the most basic pasta dish that a chef have to master before other dishes. The serving was enough for two person and I shared this with my friend. The moment we were served, the fragrant smell of cheese was overwhelming. We mixed it while it was still hot and the taste was spectacular.
