The satay is made of mixed meat and served on leek. It is then held together by a cucumber. The meat was rather tender. Inside the meat, traces of herbs and other ingredients could be found. It was slightly black on some parts of the satay, but it is not a bad thing, it gave it that extra 'burnt' and 'kick' to the meat. Served alongside fresh onions and cucumber, there is also the satay sauce, which was good. The texture was rather smooth, like a rendang, but better.
