Our dessert, sadly we couldn't finish it in the end. The pancake is stuffed with red beans, deep fried and sprinkled with snow sugar. The texture was really soft and chewy, the red bean was warm inside and the snow sugar gave it a kick of sweetness. The balance of elements were good. It is a simple dessert that can be shared among 2-3 people. Not to mention it is also rather cheap. Recommended!
