Having heard multiple times of the term pavlova, it made me wonder what kind of cake is it. So when we were there to pack some cakes for sharing, I chose the inviting strawberry pavlova. It was very airy and creamy on first bite. It didn't feel very heavy even with a few more mouthfuls. The strawberries were neatly displayed and taste good too. The layers of thin sponge serves as the base in between the fluffy cream to prevent it from crumbling I guess. It was a huge slice of cake but didn't fel
