Looking at the picture, I am craving for more fresh sashimi! You can hardly get a fresh white tuna sashimi in normal Japanese restaurant. I love how Umaiya or other high tier Japanese restaurant has a bar sites for sashimi, not sushi belt. I enjoy seeing chef cutting and serves me fresh sashimi. The meat was so nice, texture was chewy and not too thin. Prize wise is a little expensive but if you like sashimi, why not?
