i didnt know what was aubergine when i first ordered this O.O i googled and only realized it was brinjal later on haha. so this dish is actually oven-baked aubergine topped with mozzarella & parmesan cheese, served with rocket & tomato-salsa. i love the cheesy topping! it was actually baked to a layer of crisp texture. not so bad for a vegetable lol. i couldn't taste the tomato sauce that much but it was still okay.
