Spaghetti carbonara with parma ham & parmesan shavings. Less creamy but more satisfyingly flavor-packed than most versions elsewhere. Might be even better if the parma ham could be served as soft, succulent slices, instead of crisp strips. Basil risotto with pan-roasted scallops.
