Classic fish and chips. the tilapia fillet is battered & fried to a perfect golden brown and is served with french fries & tartar sauce. nothing too special since fish and chips is pretty basic. the only thing i can say is that they probably used a thick batter of flour to fry, resulting in thick and moist fish skin. not a fond thing to indulge on, but still acceptable.
