However, egg benedict was a disappointment. Couldn't blame the skill but the cold environment made the eggs dried and 'gross'. It was tasteless because I did not put any sauce. That was the first time I have had myself an egg benedict outside of house. I was afraid to try any one of the egg benedict now.
