Tang Pin Kitchen is also famous of their Signature Tau Fu Fah (Cold) 招牌豆腐花. There are three type of sugar selection : almond sugar, brown or white sugar.I have never tried tau fu fah with almond sugar before. I was quite excited and ordered for the Tau Fu Fah with Almond Sugar. The texture of chilled tau fu fah is silky smooth and very tasty with almond sugar. I like the almond taste even though it's quite sweet. These tau fu fah is kept chilled in the refrigerator.
