I had tried alot of different prawn during steamboat but this is my first time trying this drunken prawn, at first we were served with the prawn with the sauce differently, then we were asked to soaked to the sauce for awhile before we pour it into the broth - the sauce and the prawn together. Please make sure that children is not taking this as the sauce contain some alcohol - which is possible to make a children drunk.When the prawn is cooked actually there is not much different on the prawn j

When the prawn is cooked actually there is not much different on the prawn just that the soup were taste like alcohol
if i were to rate this dish i would give 9/10
