Chicken Stew. Actually the name of the dish was called chiken stew, it absolutely was an taiwanese 'three cup chicken'. The chicken was marinated with special homemade sauce and added on some spices, carrots, onions. It stewed came in a hot claypot and fulled with nice aroma. The chicken pieces were flooded with the sauce. The sauce was peppery and slightly salty. Overall, it was an good dish.
