Restaurant Hing Kee located at one of a shoplot in Batu Unjur Klang. One thing very special here is that their kitchen chef sits while cooking. This is because the chef is a handicapped sitting on a wheel chair. Claypot Pork Ribs with Yam @ RM15.00The claypot came sizzling and boiling with the sauce. There are quite a number of pork ribs and cutlets of yam in it. The gravy is getting thicker while we eat as the yam is slowly melting. I can finish my white rice with this gravy. Like eating the yam cubes that taste fresh and crunchy. The pork ribs is tender and bit chewy, but somehow taste like chicken meat to me.
