This dish reminded me of my childhood time as my mum used to cook daikon with dry shrimp. At that time this was one of my mum best menu because with just only this dish can made us finished off two bowls of rice. when this steamed fish top with daikon , ginger and with good quality of soy sauce it just like the dish from heaven, I just can't stop myself from taking more rice with the great taste beside the daikon & ginger topping, the freshness & smoothness texture of the grouper really impress
