MurtabakThis snack which is normally seen especially during the month of Ramadhan is pretty good and not too salty. It’s chicken murtabak and the filling is full of onions with some minced chicken in beaten egg. The skin which enwraps these mixed ingredients is quite thin and decently pan-fried. It is then served with some curry, dahl and pickled onions in syrup.
