You'd almost can't go wrong with any fried chicken dishes, it's something so simple to make yet delicious. In Eastern Crabs, the chef took it up one notch with having toppings along with the chicken. The toppings you see here is actually a mix of a deep fried garlic with chillies. Although this dish is called "Deep Fried Chicken Wings with Salt & Pepper", there were stronger hints of the fragrant garlic than salt and pepper.
