The Hong Kong Kai Lan is very fresh and crunchy when you eat, it did not add in much salt when fried it as you will not need to drink a lot of water after taken. It take the taste from the vegetables itself and the taste from the pork slice and carrot slice, which is good enough for the taste. The restaurant use a lot of neon light as the decorations and it is very crowded during dinner hour, the price here is acceptable as Thai food usually is much expensive than it.
