i'm choosy when it comes to shui kao or as know as dumpling, as i make this alot when i do steamboat for small gathering at home.to have a nice shui kao the mear must be fresh, it is best to mix it with chopped onion, add in some chopped tulip too. besides that it would taste more nicer it you did not keep it at the fridge as the skin will get dry.but normally restaurant or cafe will not make it on the spot as they were making in large portion, so it definitely wont taste like what you have at h

for this dish it still up to expectation but the soup were abit too salty.

if i were to rate this i will probably give 8/10
