I chosen the Miso Tonkotsu soup base. The Ramen topped with numerous ingredient inclusive of char siew, flavoured egg, black fungus, spring onions, leeks, bamboo shoots, cabbage, seaweed and fragrant garlic oil. I enjoy eating the ramen which is silky and the thickness was just nice to chew. The 2 pieces of char siew is super tender, it comes with a layer of fats too which tasted deliciously. The egg are well marinated in a special sauce after cooked. The egg white is perfectly set while the yolk remains velvety and squishy, extremely soft and delicious. Love drinking the broth soup that tasted flavourful and strong smell of miso and sesame perfectly complements the broth. Post
