Roast pork slice with apple sauce. This is Yut Kee’s signature dish. The pork roll was roasted as a whole and we just ordered one portion (two slices). The apple sauce was slightly sourish. The roast pork roll was stuffed with apricots and pistachios, hence the sweetness exerted from the pork slices. The skin was roasted to crispiness and very brittle. The meat was fork tender, with a little bit of fat in between.
