这道蔬菜咖哩，味道虽然没有鱼头咖哩或鸡肉咖哩将浓郁的味道，但清清地咖哩味道不算很浓烈，蔬菜的清香冲淡了咖哩的辛辣，辛辣中带些清淡的菜味，味道不错，里面有羊角豆，长豆，包菜，茄子等，配料也很丰富。
