I just can't stop myself from adding in crap while thinking of this superior standard, high-class seafood dishes.I believe in the ancient days, only the royal family members are lucky enough to see dishes like this.Let's start with the scallops on top. Let's start with the scallops on top. It's like the soup is pumped into the scallops, the special sweet taste of fresh seafood just make you feel like finishing all of them, that you can't, your table mate will not allow.
As for the rest of it like the sea cucumber and fish bladders, only one thought I had is it is closely comparable to the famous "Buddha Jump Wall" dish, only this one won't cost you that bomb.
